All Sales Final. Custom items are non-returnable or refundable. Southern Skye Designs will remake product if defective within 15 days. Please follow care instructions.
Southern Skye Designs is not liable and will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen items from USPS , UPS, or other shipping carrier. Route Insurance is available for a nominal fee. It is recommended to use Route with every purchase.
If your shipment comes in broken/damaged, you have 24 hours from time of receiving the package to message us with images of the damage for a replacement. Refunds will not be offered unless I am unable to replace it, then at that time, I will issue a refund.
Due to the custom sizing and color choice, all sales are final, no returns. If you have questions about sizing or shirt colors, please ask before ordering! Please note: Dark prints will not show on dark colors, and white prints will not show on light colors.
